How our bushfire smoke and dust is affecting NZ

Emmaville was informed by Word of Mouth after 20 water tankers suddenly appeared in town this afternoon and the Hospital was evacuated quietly last night... Even the RFS didn't/hasn't informed the Residents.... I know they are very busy, but still, No warning has officially been given to a town of 500 that live in the area... :/

I just found this Projected Fire Impact Map from RFS NSW... the areas in red they expect major DANGER today and coming days in North NSW....

Stay safe Goody and Bluecurrant and other Members in the area... They are advising to LEAVE NOW......

Part's of the highway is closed... Unsure if we can even get out...

The park has all the big fire hoses out..

Plus they keep sending media messages..

I would have the van lightly packed and ready to go.

Not feeding the cat so she is hanging around the house...easy to grab hold of...

The park is keeping us all updated on what is happing ..
