I just love it when they close off 10m /16ks of highway 2 lanes of a 3 lane wide and there is no bugger working and they cut the speed limit from 120ks down to 50kph, Oh the joy of driving in 3rd gear when I got 6 to play with

The actual construction is a piece of p1ss , if you watch the videos closely you can see the hospital is made of 20 foot container modules.
The base and roof panels are the same , they just insert 4 posts with locking tabs in to the floor and roof , use tesa double sided tape to fasten 90 mm thick insulated sandwich panels for the walls and you have a 6 metre long by 2.4 metre wide modular room.
Place them all on top of steel 500 UB beams and you have a crawl space underneath to run water , sewer , medical gas and electrical services , rinse and repeat 2000 times and you have a hospital building.
Difference between China and us is that we would spend $ 200 million on project consultants , then pick the worst advice and go with that.
One of these will shift a bit of dirt as well
