I have a 14x7 NF mono, I'm trying to find out how old it is and where it stands amongst other generations of NF coils. Mine seems heavy at 697 grams, I think it's one of the earliest ones.
I don't just want this to be about my coil, I'm also interested as to how many generations of NF coils there are in general.
I know the very early ones were very heavy, next a fibreglass version which is said to be prone to cracking so they came out with a light plastic one. Then there's the XP version with the switch on the casing and then one with the switch on the cable. Then Advantage and now the Evo series. Is this right?
