I’m new to this tech, so if I’m doing anything wrong. Please let me know.
I would like to find the laws pertaining to the use of highbankers, in Queensland, NT, SA, Vic and NSW.

Vic yes but not in the exempted streams - see Earth Resources website where you would buy a Miners Right and it lists the exempted streams.

NSW - I believe is a no.

Other states - no idea.

If you use the search function for this website and search ‘Queensland Highbanking rules’ or something like that you’ll likely find the answers.
