Just a quick intro, my wife and I bought a Gold Monster 1000 last year with the intention of exploring a few areas.
We actually got out today and plan on setting out tomorrow, For us it's all about the adve ture and hopefully some little bonuses along the way.
We both look forward to reading learning and picking some brains plus sharing our adve tures

Try and get involved with a prospecting group or PMAV. You will get great information when seeing how other prospectors actually go about their detecting, what gear they use and the results they achieve. For the considerable costs of buying gear, travelling, maybe accommodation in the goldfields joining a group for starters will be a cheap investment.

Hey thanks for the info I will look up a PMAV group that's closest to wallan whilst watching YouTube videos learning the best way to do things as well.
