Hope you feel better, mate. I've lost family to heart attacks, mostly out of stress, but there is some genetic predisposition in the genes.

If it's work-related stress, it might be time to retire and just go prospecting.

My doctor says I need to exercise more so I figure walking around for 8 hours searching for gold has gotta be better for the heart than my desk job.

Gold in the hand is better than in the heart. ower:
