Redfin, that is a great statement.I often think if a manufacturer covers costs and gets a reasonable margin, why not sell the product a bit cheaper and sell lots more but then again you are not dealing direct you have a middleman and more margin.

Giveaway 10% profit margin and you have to sell approx 25% more units to make the same profit margin as not discounting.
