some more finds..local park .new spot
didnt find the penny,i burred it for my son to find its 1940

checked out old military site in my area today.some intresting finds.think ill go back

thinks it an old power cable..is all copper.with black coating

the two disc to the left are copper, might have come off somthing cool

thanks guys ,went out again last nite ..found 1.90$ and a 1956 penny with a dot..was right on top ,no digging..lol
was very happy to find it .
off the the beach for a hunt today,im not expecting much, but illl post finds

this weeks finds ..also found around 13$ in $1 .$2 coins but they didnt make the pic :lol:
found the rings last nite..finding them has set me right off,cant wait to look for more

Umm yeah wow You shoulda made a bigger deal out of it. Gold rings. Congrat. Looks like Brian and I are the only ones who can't find gold rings.

This is how I take close up images with my phone. Just rest the phone on something to keep it steady and zoom in. It works quite well.
