Well, I sent my gems over to Lamberts Gems in Mid October. To date, No response. I have sent them a number of emails, again with no response.
I guess that we all learn from our mistakes. Won't be using them again.

I'm sure they will get back to you eventually. 3 months is the average turnaround time, could be longer in some instances...... It's not even mid December yet and you sent them in October, that's not even 2 months, getting impatient won't get them done faster.

I'd say you will get them in mid January or February. Good luck getting stuff done elsewhere at Lamberts prices.

Yeah I've thought the same thing before also and there has never been a prob, give them time and they will hopefully get back to you. The communication is really not the best but they will let you know when they are done.

They are good with customers Richo, just a bit slow that's all. Sort of on Island time I guess. You won't find many complaints about them, a few but not that many.
