Gaffa tape ,zipties and fencewire have fixed alot of car problems over the years ,so those ideas in the pictures above are quite inventive. In the old Bush Mechanics series a few years` ago ,they used wood to make clutch plates, windscreen wiper motors to pump petrol into the carby and even spinifex stuffed into tyres as a temporary fix for a flat tyre in the middle of no-where. The car on the hoist is a worry ,though. Sack the mechanic who did that.
