I think that's the same in many fields. It seems to be a qualification requirement for the bloody politicians that make our laws.
The only issue I see is there's no mount on the motor, if that big boy starts rotating things would get messy.
That little super high powered 1.5v motor has electronic stability control and a centrifugal dissipator built in, very high tech.
True, that explains why my toothbrush hasn't broke my arm when I switch it on.
