1) Durian
2) Saw palmetto
3) Hairy Lemon ( similar to berocca ) , 1 tablet taken 2 hours before bed
4) Berocca taken 2 hours before bed
5) Kenyan Chai Masala Black Tea , 2 teabags taken 3 hours before bed
6) 30 minutes walk before bed , aknowledging our year has been stressful and the walking improves cardio and removes the effect of stress.
** Keep away from those blue tablets . they make you deaf . If you didnt hear that try spelling it out instead.
** Note if going to bed isnt your thing substitute kitchen table for bed.
