yes I agree, it's near impossible to get access to prospect and detect on Western land leases in NSW for individuals, big companies with heaps of $$$$ different story

Big companies have came and pegged 2200 sqare KMs of land with unbelievable drill reports they will turn this area into man made mountain one fault holds an estimate 1600 billion ounces of gold we should be able to detect on els like any other state with the right paperwork it's sad our government are selling it off it could make Australia rich again

These big companies will be paying big to access minerals claimed under Native Title and Aboriginal heritage. We've got two pending leases tied up in this mess at the moment but I'm not giving in to their extortion attempts.

I'm guessing your pending claims are opal claims in white cliffs ? I'm a local have access to a registered claim im one of few that can mine but these els are being approved and even expanded around us this is a gold prospecting forum so we won't go into that side of it to much they won't start transferring these els into MLS till they shut down small scale minning all together and that's what big minning companys are trying to do just like they took it through federal court to stop access to prospecting on an EL the ground around here is to rich for small scale mines they think it would make to many millionaires Australia was a prospectors dream but we will miss out on this gold rush
