Dry Blower use in W.A Legality and Regulations

Hi all, been looking into to dry blowers and if its worth getting one for up here in the north west. Looks like it would be worth the money to buy one or even time to make one .
Ive read on the DMP , WA miners rights only allow the use of hand tools and detectors, however seem to see alot of YouTube videos and afew forum posts of people using them over here .

Are you allowed to used dry blowers with petrol blower motors on a miners right in W.a ? or can you only opperate these is you have a prospecting license on some alocated land or lease ect.

I hope this isnt a repeat question, ive tryed searching for info but its quite conflicting seening and hearing so many people using them . Maybe there all lucky buggers and have licenses

From the definition for a Miner's Right in WA it would appear not but I have seen a bit of heated debate about it in the past. Best bet is contact the DMP directly & make up your own mind based on what they say.

I had a proper look through the Regulations threads and found that , seems reasonable but i will check with the DMP to check
