I reckon some rich person who is into dowsing needs to offer up a million bucks to the sceptics to prove 100% that it doesn't work to level the playing field.
I'm a sceptic sort a kinda but have seen it work for blokes hunting sapphires. I got bugger all sapphires that trip, the bloke with the rods got 100's of carats of stones..... I'm quite prepared to look whacky to get that many stones, you could call me any name and it wouldn't bother me if I had a bag full of sapphs to dangle in front of you.
Yeah true. But its also like panning for gold. Some get lucky. Some don't.
Jeff Williams does a dowsing video on youtube. Yes it is tongue in cheek. But just shows how convincing it can be.
Especially if it is done right in front of you...just like a magic trick.
I swear.. I swear.. I saw David Copperfield flying right above me unassisted at the Brisbane (Boondal) Entertainment Centre. I did see it.. right before my eyes...
But doesn't mean he flew. He knew what he was doing. I didn't. I think the same applies for dowsing. And some who do it don't even understand it themselves.
Ideomotor effect. Its a thing.
