Had a bit of a go this evening. About an hour at a location not been to before.
$2 in coins , couple of sinkers, piece of phone cover and battery , possibly a key tag and some bits of cans

I wonder if the rest of the phone was there somewhere...

Went down the beach for a couple of hours this arvo.
$18.05 in spendables

The biggest surprise was the second coin i found....
194? Three pence

Took 3 scoops to retrieve it at about 8-10 inches

salt and vinegar Sandta,...and let the sand crust fall away,..don't rub it at all,...and when it's falling away, let it fall off with a light little help, still under in the salt and vinegar,..otherwise the sand will scratch the coin,...good luck with it and let us see how you go with it(if you decide to proceed).

Still , i hit the beach this arvo , about an hour either side of low tide
Swell is pretty big which made things a bit tricky but should lead to some better hunts in the near future ... FINGERS CROSSED

$3.45 and an unexpected '67 1c coin

Got down there again for this evenings low tide...
First find was the key ...
Then the coins just kept coming all in a patch of about 10 feet

$8.40 in spendales ... And this little coin like pendant. I thought it was another three pence until i got home

It appears the same image both sides ... Its in salt/vinegar soaking , hopefully will clean up better
