400mm x15mm x 3mm carbon fibre strip $20 eBay ( 200mm for Nox & 25mm x 2.5mm Alu strip would also work fine)
1x M5 countersunk machine screw & nut ( Panhead ok for 6000, also doenst have to be M5, - M4, M6, 3/16" etc will work)
rubber washer for tightness adjustment
stainless washer
drop of locktite or superglue
I will let you figure the rest out yourself so you have the satisfaction of design input.
