I've done this spot a few times and usually do well there but there are thousands of aluminium screw caps, this sit is difficult to detect but pays if you go slow among the trash with a small coil. Had the coiltek 10x5 on today and it did what it does best.
I hit this park a few weeks back with the 17"coil and it was extremely difficult to use in the trash.
The pendant in the pic is a junker, thought it was silver at first, but it's just silver plated copper.
Hit the same park again today though was a different section, first up the junk, as you can see it's infested with aluminium screw caps, thousands of them....
The little piggy charm thingo gave the heart a start when I saw all those little sparklies sparkling at me, it's plated and the stones are CZ though.
Anyway, not a bad hunt, pretty happy with the florrie, it's in great condition.
Hey Dan, nah just plated, it's rusting on the back.
Could be attracting goldies Dave, that would be nice hey.
Yeah plenty of goldies to battle through for that florrie Silver, though every one of those aluminium screw caps sounded like a goldie, this site is frustrating but there is good stuff there amomng the junk. Florin was the second target of the session.
Hmmm the piggy could could be a talisman or something for goldies and silver, hmmmm "goldpig" , gotta love him, lol. Oink oink....
Might have to keep him in my pocket while hunting. He did have 2 eyes B5 but...... not sure where the other went, doh!
