Well after a pretty ordinary day at work, came home only to fill the house full of smoke as the flue on the heater was blocked. An hour later after sorting that out with the fire pumping along nicely I figured it was time to grab a few more bits of wood. On the way back felt a bit of a wet tap on the shoulder, in the dark touched said shoulder, ooh thats not good. Thought it was a bin chicken but luckily the offending bird was a magpie so he or she gets to see another sunrise.

Don't worry mate, me and a mate were sitting in the Tinny fishing or doing a good job of pretending, anyway a Pelican flew over the boat about 20 feet up in the Air and crapped right on him He was covered and then the smell of dead fish reached his nose and we both started to heave anyways he did no more and jumped straight overboard, Couldn't help but laugh but jeez he did stink, :( :poop:

Hey BJay that is super lucky allegedly...it has been aignalled by the universe that your next nugget is going to be the shape of that splat but unfortunately probably not the same size.

Anyway it could be worse...this footballer in the u.k. suffered a much larger indignity in front of 50,000 people and who knows how many million watching on t.v.

Of course me not being a supporter of the player nor club in question meant that it was a source of immense merriment for me :D

If you say the wrong thing, it can sometimes happen on this forum. A bit rough when it happens at home. A good giggle on a rainy day. Bury that jumper in the garden and plant a spud on it. Tomorrow has to be a better day.

When I was a kid I was into all things dangerous -adventurous. One day whilst looking around the trees in our back yard-I loved Magpies, all birds really and was a member of the Gould league of Bird Lovers.
I looked up and around the all of sudden my left ear was full of Magpie crap. Scared the crap out of me!!!! Very hard to clean that mess up. :(

Yeah Mate, it was touch and go for a while, but between trying not to laugh and keep a straight face I couldn't decide who was going to jump first, Me or Him,

When ever we think of this type of thing we think of Maggie's or pigeons or Gulls etc But I had never thought about coming under attack from a pelican, jeez they don't hold back, He was covered. :D :D :D
