I am extremely good at saying the right thing at the wrong time or the wrong thing at the right time and getting people offside without even trying, have been doing it for 60 years, I have done the diploma course so not a lot more to learn.

Yes it is a very long course, many years of getting it wrong all the time. Takes practice to master. Standing on peoples toes was very hard to master without getting punched, that was a long part of the course.
