Has anyone tried to make salami/sausage jerky?

I've gotta ask, what dehydrators are you using ? Ebay or store bought ?

Bought mine from eBay, 5 shelf, works faultlessly.

I just finished a batch of beef jerky ready for AFL grand final .I just use a cheap 5 tray sunbeam unit it does the job My receipe varies each batch i just wing it now,beef jerky ,beer and a footy grand final.That will do me tonight.

Bought the ebay 1, seems ok.

Thought I'd try something a bit different , a bit of chinese style.

Hoisin Sauce
Extra garlic
