Back from Tibooburra

deano failed to mention his ever faithfully detecting partner (dad) who would have to track him via external speaker sounds and IPhone light as he continued to after dark !! . I found gold this year in completely different country as I have in the past . in previous years the gold can from areas of low lying sandy areas and this year nearly all from Shaley ,Ironstone country . we tried to work out a bit of a formula of where to detect but failed miserably. Hopefully Tibooburra does not get too restricted by mining leases so every one can find that little Yellow Fever pill.

Tibooburra is a great place, spent a couple of weeks there a few months back. Picked up 6 nice little ones.

I only worked the town common but will look at one of the stations next time.

And yes the flies are pretty thick out there.
