Loamer! Great call, it was George Reid - Premier of NSW, Prime Minister of Australia, and lastly member of the UK House of Commons.

If you ever get to the National Portrait Museum in Canberra, there is a marble bust of George that is a wonderful sculpture and well worth seeking out.
