It was also known un-officially as the Department of Social Insecurity as that is what it caused and forced the Government to change to Centrelink for this reason...

Now its called Department of Human Services and now its un-official name is Department of in-humane services... They cant win ... :|

Or the old C.E.S.... commonwealth employment services ?......

Thanks mate. But telling the truth. Didnt use Google. I read things and they stick in head I dont understand why My short turn memory is shot. If I meet someone and say they name. Five minutes later need to ask again Will try a hard cryptic one

I started in 1934. What was it

Henry Ford invented the V8 engine about that time. His first attempt was an 8 cylinder block with 2 cylinders on each side in a V shape and the bottom half of the engine was the in the same format ,but upside down ,so it had 8 cylinders in a block that was sort of in the shape of an X. After trialling it , they decided the bottom half was too close to the ground and too inconvenient on many levels , so he went back to the drawing board and invented the V8 engine.
