57 months and counting ... I am retiring at 55 - my Mrs didn't do so well in the health department so we are going to enjoy life while we still can ... Selling up and hitting the road - 8 months in Oz and 4 months in the USA until we can't travel anymore or kick the bucket ... Whichever comes first! Looking forward to doing some global detecting!

I was retrenched at the end of March and have been getting some gear together to go detecting, In fact I will be trying out some private land at Newbridge in the Golden Triangle next weekend. 'til now I have been recovering from a few health issues that cropped up last year and have been doing a few odd jobs around the house where I can to help pass the time.
