Thank you everyone for the kind words, it means a lot. I'll always be grateful to the members for allowing the forum flourish the way it did, it was quite an achievement to say the least.

It's also great to see we have a few archers among us, we might be able to mix things up at our next camp out .

I started shooting a 45lbs Martin Jaguar Elite (Takedown Recurve) but very soon got the taste of wood, so now my weekly shooter is a 55lbs wood / laminate Bear Grizzly. I still have the Takedown for such a time when the SHTF and life becomes a matter of survival lol :|.

I shoot instinctive and get a real buzz out of participating in the 3D shoots. Below is a pic my brother snapped of me taking down a 3D target (aka a rubber Deer).

P.S. If anyone's going to the upcoming ABA weekend shoot hosted in Singleton, let me know as I'll be there
