Wow that is great Evie/Bee

You are lucky to have the dirt to put through it

'goody', i have come across an old leader where the old boys have done some work.

i have detected nuggets nearby. The leader is highly mineralized soft clay with salt and pepper ground all around. The clay will have to be pulverized first, probably nothing in it.

i'm just having a bit of fun. :p

Not trying to be smart Jack... I'm thinking of putting through a tonne a day. :pickshovel:

I had a think about that amount ( one tonne per day ) if the dirt was per sieved & stock piled ' it would be possible to run through 10 kilos every 5 minutes .
So doing the sums if a thousand kilos = a tonne .

It would take 8hours 20 minutes non-stop theoretically
At final clean up ~ only a couple of cups of super concentrates would remain to pan .
Lets say the gold was .2 grams per load ' so every hour 1.6 grams .
Taking that average for the whole 8hours/20 min would give 20 grams .

All the above is Hypothetical , the JackWinder was created so I could quickly concentrate down rich dirt spots after finding them by sampling .
That way it's a lot easier & certainly more fun to hopefully score the same 20 grams ;)

Have Fun
Jack .

I have no doubt a ton a day being feasible provided you have the ton classified prior to the start of your day. The best approach to expectations of a ton a day is to be proactive in prior planning and being absolutely certain the Eski is well and truly stocked before processing, you'll need it when the light of day fade  If you fail in the planning process you will be certain your muscles won't like it :p

I'm 76 mate my muscles no longer exist. I rode track in the day, i can still peddle a bit... I think.

Have always though the old pedal singer sewing machines could be repurposed to power something such as this. Same action as a wool spindle i guess.

Looking at the earlier video it seems it requires more hand eye co-ordination as opposed to :power: elbow grease

Just to show another one of the designs I tried , this one was not the best but needed to be made & tested .
After this I tried the inward paddle model ,,,,, yet to be shown .

So on & on it goes ~ sheez all I wanted was the perfect dry machine ;) !

I bet that shed is to the roof with prototypes
Will have your own historical museum there after the jackwinder becomes world famous :)

Only you know how good it is Jack...keep going. No one else will know until you release it. Keep on upgrading each model as 'Minelab' did.

I still think you're on a winner. :goldpan: :goldpan:
