$11 sand scoop/sifter....

Made this from 100mm PVC pipe and end cap,plastic handled aluminium trowel,aluminium rivets and 12mm spade bit.The 45 degree angle gives enough edge to dig in the sand,then just sift the mound once the target is out.Works a treat and will do until I can afford to buy a long handled stainless steel scoop.(my son already has his eye on it.)Also can double as a beer/wine bottle carrier.
