I wish Wally . Maybe about a gram all up, forgot the scales. Also found a 1838 four pence pretty damaged but my first coin so pretty happy.

Golldigg, yournutz, Steelpat (and his mate, sorry i can't remember his name?) and i had a mini meetup today out at Creswick. The weather was magic and surprisingly few people around. I managed to pick these up with the sdc.

Nice result SCROUNGER regardless of weight ... did the others manage a few as well, hope yournutz is getting better.
Cheers Tom
Unfortunately not mate. Yeah, yournutz is getting a bit frustrated. It's not from lack of effort on his part, and he's finding shot, he just didn't get the coil over gold today unfortunately.

Well donr SCrounger I c the SDC proved once again it is in a league of its own.
Well i reckon you're right when it comes to finding that super small stuff at least tryhard :) I picked up 7-8? of those yesterday arvo from an area that every man and his dog goes over. It certainly wasn't virgin ground.

Managed to sneak out for a few hours between domestic jobs today. Got these with the sdc. The three pieces on the right hand side all came from the one hole, they were lodged under a small tree root about 6 inches down. I couldn't understand when i found the first small piece that deep why the signal was so clear until i got the other two bits in separate scoop loads:lol:
