I find a good dose of Vitamin B as Vegemite or Veg on toast for brekky works well.

Thanks bloke. Yeah pretty happy as my first rope gold type nugget. Just put a third pic up but you still can't see how it is actually standing proud of ironstone. found (not by me) in north western australia late last year, weight 44 g (?).
crystalline gold is rarer, but in some places gold is only found in crystalline form.
also small/abraded crystals of gold are much commoner and less valuable than larger sharper crystals.
these very well formed, sharp and large crystals are apparently valued at many times their gold price.
