Spent a great arvo with 20xwater. He was onto a patch with the Gold Monster.
Was very happy to let him loose with the gpx. I was in chill mode and didn't swing much at all. Good combination the monster and the 6000.

My first two for 2022. Found with the Z. About 1" to 2" deep. 2hours detecting. Too hot. Went home. wiley.

Yeah, anytime Pete. I'm usually free. Just to be clear 20xwater found all the bits yesterday.
I was standing back and getting a different perspective on the sound. My hearing isn't the best at times.
I have not given up. I'm just a slacker :lol: I still go out a couple of times a week.
Have found a few bits here and there.
Up to Waanyaara today but with this weather I can't see myself doing much :argh:
Apart from sitting around chilling.

Few hours this morning before heat and being bitten by march flies defeated me One piece is rope gold wrapped around some iron stone and should be a nice piece once cleaned up.

The rope gold should be real nice but will have to be extra careful on the clean up. Rope gold will usually fetch more than it's scale weight due to natures ability to weave Heats dropping a bit now so about to go out and clean up the rest of the patch. With a tin of Bushmans
