Out in Talbot at one of my favorite spots that seems to be still delivering the goods. Running the 7000 in High Yield/Normal, and what a combination its deadly. Interesting nuggets Tryhard and a very good video. It looks a bit better if you hold the phone the other way around

I know very little about the GPZ7000 but the result is similar on the GPX4500 however we can rarely run it without the ground noise creating false signals. We nearly always run Enhanced.

The big thing for us Jaros is that we're out there away from all the Covid-19 troubles.

This photo was taken on 15th March 2020 and we've hardly been home since. We've not only been away but away from almost all human contact. The result from a prospecting point of view has been quite satisfying

Yes, believe it or not, 1,600 tea bags were at the top of the list. Next was 8 dozen long life milk. We still haven't bought toilet paper and paper towel and we purchased all our stocks before any hint of covid-19. We still have quite a stock of rice, bread mix, soup, backed beans and spaghetti and those nice little tuna/chicken/rice prepacked meals found at Aldi. Use-by dates don't mean much around here.

Mrs M knows what to expect when heading for the goldfields each season. Asking when we'll be back is not likely to prompt a sensible answer :lol:

Hi folks,
Just got back from a few days out in the bush. Was lucky enough to find this nice little specie with about 1.6 grams of gold scattered thoughOut the quartz.

Quite a pretty piece. The rest of the gold was generally sub gram stuff but it all adds up.

Finally got out for a few hours with the young bloke today work has been cramping my style/time but thats how it goes got 4bits and dug a couple of crevices/cracks in a dry reek we have detected nuggets in before will see how that goes when I put it through my sluice fingers crossed didnt do any test pans due to lack of water and planing cheers muk

Gday all put about 1/4 of a bucket through my sluice thats all that would go through my 1/4 inch classifier might have to try it wet was pretty happy with results got plenty of tiny specs here is some I singled out heaps more in the black sand but I need to work out how to seperate it I do have a home made Miller table might have to try that but they are very small specs cheers Muk.

Hello,I found this .8 gram nugget after 2hrs of prospecting at some old diggings at Sofala,after putting in another 10hrs at same spot over 2 weekends found just boot tacks,lead and rust!! Trisha
