Just too hot for me at the moment so broke open one of the rocks that registered minutely on the SDC from a previous trip. The gram well and truly eludes me!

I was out today (no gold) but only lasted till 3:30 in the heat, then hit a Maryborough pub to re-hydrate.

Today I broke open a piece of quartz that had given a signal with the SDC and found an increadibly small piece of gold. So small that it failed to register on my scales. Has to be the smallest individual piece I have ever found.

Hi BlackWolf, there should be plenty of PAers out around Maryborough/Dunolly this weekend.
I only lasted till 4pm today in the heat and humidity, so have hit the pub again to spend the nuggets that I'll find tomorrow.
