Managed to find this little fella. Very unusual little specimen.
I have been digging into a quartz vein at the bottom of a 2 meter hole lately. The stone broke in half when I cracked off the chunk of quartz. It had a good 4 sided formation and had a very nice blue colour. I believe it is fluorite. Not very clear inside but still very exciting to stumble upon.
I wouldn't have such a big and clean stone cut overseas mate! They would make a mess, since it's dark you definitely need an expert with a pro faceting machine, not a jamb-pegger!
