I'm no expert or seasoned but from what I've seen and heard in the field go with the SDC most of the guys I meet using the SDC say they are finding more colour on ground they have covered regularly with their 5000's.
Not to jack the thread from RJ's efforts but I bought the season 1&2 of the Osborne's series, absolutely had me cracking up. Found out a few weeks ago Ozzy was off the wagon for most of it and completely plastered, doesn't seem as funny now.
Sometimes I think a lot of these big nuggets are found months or years before they make it public so they can clean up the smaller ones around it and wait for the price to go up.
Yep i'll second that. Stubby lids are the worst they put out a real good signal and don't seem to have carbon in them?
I've pulled about $20 in coins over 2hrs on the dry sand, the good stuff is in the water in the gullies next to sand bars.
Does anyone know what the coroner findings were on the guy missing from Blackwood, seems a bit odd that it took so long to find him and don't know how he died.
I think the GPZ's short comings are going to based purely on Price. I highly doubt anyone will be saying "my mate's GPZ missed this but my eureka didn't"
BP- if you wait 2 weeks all the gold will be gone!!! Bahahahaha :D
Met a few guys out in the mapped areas (between linton and snake valley), Most swing 5k's and not doing so well however lately the SDC guys have been killing it!
I use a modded GP extreme and stay a long way from the doug stone maps.
On the other side of the Carngham - Linton road gets a lot...
Why can whites, garrett sell at half the price with similar tech? Well half the price of a new 5K anyway.
IMO I think Minelab priced them self out of the Biggest consumer market in the world years ago.
