Hi All, Sorry if i sound like an amateur but i went to the beach today and i found that at some areas the detector was giving off all sorts of numbers. I scooped some sand and waved the detector over the hole and the sand i pulled out but no sound. What could cause this?

Hi Sean, welcome! I'm also new here and i also bought my x-terra 705 from miners den parramatta. Great service indeed. I've only taken the detector out once and keen to get back out there.

Sounds good bunyip. Will keep you in mind next time im your area. Next weekend im actually going on a hunting trip to Coolabah, so ill be taking my rifles for the night and my detector for the day. will be a good weekend away for the big smoke.
