We are looking for someone that is interested in making sluices, highbankers, trommels & sand scoops. At Aussie Detecting & Prospecting we have the largest range of sluices & highbankers, but it would be great to have an Aussie made range. If you are keen to help us out, contact us.

Hey Brad, as you probably already know its going to be cheaper to simply import from overseas.. But if you are 100% fixed on manufacturing your own units here in Oz then please let me know, I have connections with a fairly large industrial manufacturing company in which I would be happy to be the middle man for a low commission.

I have been working on a project with these guys already and although their prices are what I consider to be cheap withing Australia, they are still more expensive than importing a similar product from overseas. It sux but it's the reality of things unfortunately.

Nugget: Do you know of anyone doing injection moulded or vacuum formed sluices? It would be great to see an Aussie version of the green Le Trap Sluice from the US.

I'm currently out of work, and was most recently working in project management in manufacturing and mining industry in my last position.
I've been doing some preliminary modelling based of wals high banker.
