Megalodon lives.......
There has been quite a few incidences Worldwide of very big Sharks and Whales that have been eaten by something a lot bigger.... :skull:

Wonder if any Orcas have been seen around Bermagui lately, as they will do that kind of thing and have been responsible for lots of very large Shark deaths....

LW....

Sharks on a line are easy prey for other sharks, even sharks not much bigger than themselves, but the bite marks on that Mako are impressive.

It wasn't an Orca that did that, The Bite marks are to smooth and neat, an Orca has round teeth spaced apart and their bite is quite ragged, I'd guess it was done by a Big Great White well into the 6m mark maybe bigger ??.

And I agree they do need a bigger boat, Think I'd need a change of draws after landing that  :(

:8 Right well that should stop my SIL from wanting to go out offshore at Bermigui in our 4.9metre tinnie :(
I can see it now, Jethro gets a nibble on the line and checks his DSI sounder, Turns white as a ghost and throws his fav fishing rod overboard' Starts boat and heads for the safety of the Bermigui river',,,,,,for a change of pants, :awful:
