If you get an outer bearing cage siezed and you cant punch or press it out , putting a short run of weld inside them will give enough shrinkage that they will fall out.
Not something you are likely to have on the side of the road though unless you have one of those little 12 Volt car battery powered gasless minispool MIG welders
