Finally cleaned out the last of the ground in this gully and ran it with the old banker..

The last of the colour from there...should be able to work it again in another 100 years :lol:

The CFA are putting in a new driveway across the road from my old mans, this is whats under the top soil and grass...

did a sample for a laugh :lol:

Some new workings i discovered since a recent controlled burn of a gully full of blackberrys..

The biggest blow fly ive ever seen...had to be about 3/4 of an inch long..

A mini lead i worked and panned the bottom 100mm in a depression on top of a conglomorant shelf..

Some really nice and interesting ground i found today..

Ive actually started giving metal detecting a go with an x-terror 705 using a 18.75khz double D...nothing but junk so far but its helping me learn the machine and on top of that detect in heavily mineralised ground with VLF...oh what fun :lol:

Next time you've got the camera on, change the date ahead one year, it'll save you confusion when telling the grandkids about your gold adventures in 50 years time

thanx fella's....only got 3 days prospecting left and back to work back up in Qld...massive shopping list for 2016...gpx/sdc for starters and then heading for the 'W' on the compass...what ever it takes!
