what is the name of this tool and where can it be purchased online?

I have searched for this tool and have never been able to find it for sale. I don't even know its exact name and searching on ebay or amazon doesn't show that they sell them.

Looks like a bedrock/crevice brush of some sort.
The guy holding one is from the Vo-Gus prospecting channel on YouTube..... he could probably tell you.

Google images says its a tiny cathode lol. But to me it looks more like part of a commercial cleaning brush like you would find on a street sweeper

It was hand made using thin fiber glass rods grouped together like a toothbrush and epoxied into place on the handle. He might have done a video on it but I cant remember
