With the fire going it's a perfect time to to clean the baby q grill. So I gave it a it of a clean up.
Oiled it and ready for future action.

Checking the results from last nights Lump burn.Got enough for the next 6 to 7 grills.
Looks like a pork belly will be going on the offset grill today.
