Checking how my charcol turned out.
Well not quite carbonized but 2 lessons learnt.
Burn longer (wait until all the gasses have burnt off).
Lower the drum to the fire.

Round two.

The glass is really blowing out the sides now..Sounds like a big blow torch.

This time I should have good carbon at the end. :beer:

Hi Guys.
Second batch turned out perfect.Got enough for the next 3 to 4 grills.
Now to cook a beef on the bullet grill.

That was Definitely a fun little project and I will never have to buy that store brought stuff again :Y: :beer:

It's been over 55 years since I saw one and it was parked on a pond at Katoomba. But I saw one today and was flying!!
