Note the part
" DA approved for riverbank re-profiling, vegetation works, elevated dwelling pad & construction.

It is on very low lying land, many millions to actually build on it, and you still don't have open ocean in front of you.

Even if I had 50 mill I would pass on that.

Seaside town called Nambucca heads,

I'm about 2 minutes walk from the beach,

Great fishing spot,

Massive Flathead,

You even catch mango jacks,

The big one was court on a hand line that my partner court, the other one I got ,

The little one looks funny because I had scaled it,

My partner got such a large Flathead that it made the local paper, that was all so court on a hand line,

Goody :)

WOW Goody, some beautiful mangrove jack there... Nice for dinner I bet... :Y: :perfect:

They tasted great, fresh from the water into the pan,

Goody :)

I have couple of other picture of big fish that my partner and I have court,

My partner always use a handline,

The best fish I ever caught from the sea was a coral trout in FNQ.
It was bright orange with purple spots, and far too pretty to eat, so I released him!
Didn't weigh it, but it was about 2.5 feet long!

They're some great looking fish there, Goody!
Nice catches!

Cheers,
Megsy

Coral Trout is the nicest fish I have ever tasted . Caught a few on a fishing trip off Sth Molle Island-Whitsundays. Straight off the boat to the barbeque. Yummmmm!!!

Yes, agree they are very nice tasting fish, Jaros.
I had some at the resort for dinner and really enjoyed it (and hoped it wasn't the one I'd saved...)
It looked like this...

The colours were so stunning, I just couldn't kill it and said I wanted to release it.
The tour operator thought I was nuts, but there were plenty more fish to catch, and it didn't bother me at all to see him swimming away. :)
