which website has the most accurate weather forecasts in particular a 14 day weather forecasts namly for Victoria and New South Wales please let me know thanks.

I am after precise predication on rain and rain amount and any wet weather and wind and also temps.

Most Australian weather sites get their data from the Bureau of Meteorology (as per the above site):
http://www.bom.gov.au/australia/index.shtmlUnfortunately weather is never really an exact science IMO & still needs checking most days for updates.

It always amazes me how quickly a cell can develop from "0" to a raging wind and hail storm.

yeah same jaros we get it now and then here in melbourne and kind of some kind of cloud stuff just bunches up and a rainy hour happens then nothing.
They call it cells but we dont have much thunder lightning but showers just happen out of no where for half and hour.
