I paid on Nov 21st and haven't received anything yet.

I'm hoping to get out over the Christmas break.

I thought I read somewhere you had to carry the permit on you at all times or am i mistaken?

Check your spam folder, they would have emailed it to you instantly once you handed over the fee.

Yep email confirmation is their procedure in Vic so definitely check the junk folder.

i got both nsw and vic ones within 30 seconds and that includes printing them

I hope you find it in your inbox Jarrod, because junk mail can get automatically deleted after a week. You might have to check your email trash to see if it went there from junk mail clearing, if it's not in either inbox or junk mail folders.

I just signed my wife up and received the right in an email instantly.

So I've sent an email asking for another copy of mine.

How does the Forest Permit work Marksman? Do you just need one for all the NSW forests? Does it last for years like a miner's right?
Sorry to ask instead of look it up, but I'm all regulationed out at the moment.
