I gave up in the early 1980s when a packet of 50 went over $3.50 a pack, which I normally smokes in a 12 hour shift at work.

tried to many time over the years with quit kits so went cold turkey in 2017 haven't looked back

Today Is May 31, World No Tobacco Day. Quit smoking and you'll reap the rewards, in health and wealth. I gave up in April 2000, and if I can do it, I reckon anyone can do it.

I gave up 17th Dec 23 can be hard at times

I gave up in 1982. I had given up for a couple of weeks then went to the pub and got really drunk and had quite a few cigarettes that night. Went I got back home I threw my guts up really bad and haven't smoked since. I thoroughly recommend this method.

I have nearly got past the used by date, but as they say low and slow with the detector is the way to go as the 4 minute mile is out of the question now.
