about 5 hours from prepping the
wood to final finish.

Thanks so much folks, I really appreciate the positive feedback on the wave.
It is an acrylic pour with a wet white background and blues and black poured over the top and swiped to get the desired shape.
I use a paint conditioner in the mix to get the separation effect. It's a really fun way to paint. :flowers:

Thanks Moneybox, yes I did mean to make a wave and was really happy to watch it emerging into the bubbling, frothing form.
The really hard bit is to resist messing with it once the shape and movement has been achieved.

Wow nice work and quick too. I like that chunk of wood too. I love to see those big camphor laurel trees but I didn't know they looked so good dead
