No burnt flesh , no death just pure veggies.
Go vegan .
I remember as a young man being a vegan vegetarian, it was very easy to dig in to a big plate full, and go for seconds ,... I had previously to that been a big overweight voracious meat eater, but as a vegan vegetarian was able to shed all that weight while eating like a king (went back to live at Mum & Dads place) ,.... Now though, I'm loosing weight this time round (many many years of gorging later), by having a balanced diet with no grain or sugar(except natural fructose in fruit) of any sort at all, it might be a slow and steady loss, but, it took a long time to put it all on, so I don't mind loosing it slowly as well (gives the skin time to shrink to the new fit too) ,..... I do find myself having some meals that would sit well with a vegan at the moment too, but some that are pure meat protein as well. :p
edit in.
Here's this mornings breakfast :Y:

Silver that's great but there's more to the world then yourself . Veganism isn't for yourself it's for the animals & the planet , the bonus is your body starts to recover from the poison you've consumed .
I'm 6ft6 108 kilos and a captin of a football side and 34 I can run down 18 year olds and play a whole game with out getting benched , yes injuries happen still I'm still human .
Enjoy my meal pictures .

Cheers
Mick

And all we got was boring old chicken schnitzel with a cheesy salad, mind you the salad was nice with a few drops of that extra hot Tobasco Sauce. :p

A simple seafood pie. 2 types of fish, prawns and calamari. Soften some leek, carrot and celery in butter. Place into a oven proof dish. Add whatever seafood you like. Pour white sauce over it. Top with mashed spuds and cheese. Into the oven fo 30-40 minutes. This one didn't crisp up as it usually does... different cheese.

I've been doing a bit of slow roasting lately.

Today's effort was beef spare ribs. Well seasoned and seared in a hot pan, into a tray covered with foil in a 85 degree oven for 12 hours. Results in a very soft and juicy rib that holds its shape.

Glazed it with home made low carb bbq sauce, and finished in a 120 degree oven for an hour or so. Served with a cider vinegar slaw (no mayo).
