Yep. Bacon,egg and cheese sandwiches for breakfast at least 4 times a week. Keeps you going all day.

I'm just having my vegan lunch now. About half a litre of Virgin Mary.

Using homemade juice from my own tomatoes.

Sous vide lamb rump 5 hours @ 58C, finished over charcoal. Rosemary gravy, glazed beetroot jacket potato and carrot. Very tender and delicious.

I couldn't wait for a meal that long, but then again when my wife gets on the mobile it is always burnt or very late and partially cool. It's probably my fault because I used to do most of the cooking at night until my back and r/h ankle started my slide from culinary grace.

Got some nice Asado cut beef ribs. Seasoned up and sous vide for 24 hours @60C.

Finished over a slow charcoal fire, with a spicy vinegary glaze to go on. Slaw on the side.

The others are in the freezer for a future BBQ.

On the Goulburn upstream of Yea cooked a leg and 4 qtr in the camp ovens last night. Today it is flogging with rain but I managed to get the gyoros lamb I marinated yesterday on the spit for Souvlaki's tonight :drooling: these blokes would starve if I wasn't here.

It is raining pick handles here it's a big lot of rain erfect:
